• IT Maintenance Dates
  Below are scheduled IT Maintenance dates. During these periods Blackboard will be unavailable.
  
  October 16-17
  December 23 - January 2
• Prior Course Access
   If you need to access a course prior to Summer 2010 (5/8), you will need to go to our old Blackboard 7 system (https://bb7.fscj.edu).
• Student Log In Help
  1. You will not have access to your course(s) in Blackboard unless you have paid for your course(s).
  
  2. If you have just registered or paid for your online course today, you
  will need to wait 24-48 hours before you can access it in Blackboard.
  
  3. If you have access to Blackboard but do not see your online course listed,
  you will need to wait for your instructor to make the course available
  to you. Please allow 24 hours after the start of the term for your
  course to be made available. If it has been more than 24 hours
  and you still do not see your course, please contact your instructor or
  Blackboard Support at 904-632-3151
  
  4. Please visit the "My Classes" tab in your Connections account to ensure that you are registered for the correct course.
